Classes

I look forward to seeing you in a class. If you are in Portland, Oregon consider taking an in studio class with me at Sellwood Yoga.  I also live stream most of my classes and enjoy seeing students from near and far.  Please pre-register both for in studio and live stream classes.

If you register for a live stream class you will get one message that confirms your registration, and then a second one that is sent as a reminder 15 minutes before the class starts. Both contain the Zoom links you will need to access the class. (Tip: double check Spam/Junk folders in case the emails go there instead of your inbox. Better yet, add info@sellwoodyoga.com to your email address book and/or mark as a “safe” sender.)
